ENCORE Event: Chateau Niagara Winery & German Dinner Pairing

Welcome appetizers begin at 6pm with the remaining four course dinner pairing beginning at 6:30. Jim and Kathy Baker, from Chateau Niagara Winery, will be walking guests through each pairing, and bottles will be available to purchase and take home. Full menu listed below.

Two Dinner Price $130*
*Gratuity is not included in ticket price; you can opt to tip at the time of purchase, or wait until the day of the event. There is a 3% convenience fee added to online ticket purchases, but you can also pay in person at Calhoon’s Pub Click here to purchase your tickets online.
Includes welcome appetizers, a four course dinner menu, and six paired wines. You can order additional wine and other beverages at any time during the event. Unfortunately, due to the theme of this dinner, we cannot accommodate gluten-free or vegetarian diners (keep an eye out for upcoming events!)

First Course
– Potato pancakes with sautéed onions, apples, and creme fraiche

– German goulash with housemade spaetzle
– Paired with Bulls Blood
Main Course
– Pork schnitzel with garlic and mushroom sauce, butter braised cabbage, and winemaker Jim Baker’s sourdough bread
– Paired with Apfelwein

– Flourless chocolate cake, fresh whipped cream, tart cherry syrup
